˜ "I stereotypically should not be in this industry. I'm young, I should be in college, should be an intern, should be an assistant and move up that way, but I said no and have not done it that way. The film industry also isn't a fan of females. I like it though because it's like a challenge. I don't let it get to me if someone says I'm too young, a female or whatever. I'm just like fuck it, I'll push through it and prove them wrong. That's my thing. To prove them wrong drives me every day.
My dream is to show girls that if you love something and if you have a drive about one thing, whether it's film, music or anything, you can go after it. Don't let men or people older than you or people saying you need qualifications to do what you love get in the way. You don't need them to hold you back. You can just go and do it.
It all happens so fast. If you have something that you love and you go after it, that's kind of it. You just get lost in it and everything else seems so little." ˜
